Just know I give them 10 stars for the fact that when I was prorated for two weeks and something got messed up or communications were crossed and they made sure that I came out of this deal more than good. They paid off the rest of the two weeks left in the month so I got two weeks paid for and then two weeks for free and at a time that I needed it at the most I’m going through a divorce I have little to no money and I was stressed out over this storage so the lady and I apologize. I lost her business card that runs this storage. THANK YOU!!!! I am grateful for you and will and have told other about this storage place and will always send people to your place. ✌🏻💜

Long Post - Worth the read!! I cannot recommend this place enough not just for the storage unit itself, but for the genuine kindness and support from the staff. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, clearly explaining everything I needed before arriving. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency with my son and was unable to be there in person, even though we had a fully loaded moving truck ready to go into storage. Despite me being the leaseholder and not present, one staff member went above and beyond. They showed so much compassion and flexibility, working with my family to navigate a stressful and unexpected situation. Because of their understanding and willingness to help, my family was able to unload quickly and get home to rest in under an hour. I truly can’t express how grateful I am for the care and support we received. That level of kindness makes all the difference, and I will absolutely be recommending this place to everyone I know. Monique made the process quick and easy. The facility had all the options I needed. Couldn’t be more happy with everything including the pricing. To top things off…I love coffee and was given a bag of fresh ground Haitian coffee which tastes amazing.
