FANTASTIC Storage Units! Climate Controlled! And Parking! My husband and I absolutely love this place!! We go here to our units on the regular, and we have a vehicle parking space as well. They have a little bathroom outside that's available for after hours use. Their whole facility is guarded with a tall large metal gate with a number pad code entry. Always very well maintained and clean. We've been customers now for 6 months and have zero complaints. When you sign up you get free SUPER Heavy Duty Locks and Extra Keys with each lock. They offer insurance as well on your units in case of an issue. Our large climate controlled unit has been so perfect for what we needed and has been appropriately warmed or cooled depending on the current season. We have been there in the freezing cold and it was warm and have been there during the sweltering heat and it's a decent cool temperature that you can be in there even with the door half open for a while and still remain comfortable! Have only had a little bug here or there as expected. Our doors have always functioned perfectly and sealed well. We sprayed our units with extra bug spray before moving stuff in but up to you depending on your needs. No other issues with pests, no molding, no moisture issues! Better than our last three houses 🤣. Would be awesome if there were lights in the units but hopefully one day there can be, they have power setup but they don't work right now last we checked. We also have a regular 10 x 10 non climate controlled unit and it has been just what we needed and exactly the right size. No moisture or pest issues in there either. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions or inquiries you have. Before we made our move we asked lots of questions and they were so welcoming and helpful, made the process so much easier. Occasionally their little doggies may be there to say Hi 😁❤️. They have an online payment portal so you can make your current or early/future payment online if you'd like. Their website also has all the sizes and prices of the units they have available and the specifics of each one, it was very easy to look at and understand when we were searching for specific units. The property has been very very well lit at night any and every time we have been there late at night sometimes near midnight. Have been in several areas of the lot and it was well lit and clean in all areas.

Teresa was sooo friendly! The move in process was very easy and fast. The office was clean and inviting and the property was well maintained. Will be recommending to friends and family.
