We have been using this facility since it opened last year, and the experience has been flawless. Living up in Kansas City means we need total peace of mind for our gear, and their security is excellent for both our indoor items and our outdoor trailer. The location is unbeatable—it is incredibly close to ALL of the many lakes in the Branson area, and getting in and out of the facility is super easy. Best of all, Cade Post and Shawn Post are quick to answer the phone and amazing to work with! They are super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, and always willing to help me find anything I might need while out at the lake. Highly recommended for anyone local or from out of town!

I was immediately greeted by the property manager Kirsten. She was very pleasant, professional, and accommodating to help me find the right unit for my needs. She was able to show me several units and then get my paperwork lined up very quickly! The facilities were in excellent condition and the price was very competitive. The hours of operation and expectations for tenants are posted and they have nice security measures, including many cameras and gates for protection. I was very happy with the overall experience I had today at this location.

Available units were well described and there was a good variety and what I considered to be reasonable prices. All was well explained. There was some flexibility shown to us to get several people able to enter the secured area to help us unload the truck.
