Matea meet us at the facility and got us checked in quickly. Her directions were perfect. The only issue we had was with a cart. It doesn't roll over the transition of the sliding door easily, and 2 boxes of breakable items fell off the first load and, several items got broken. Matea was so kind and got us a different cart. Maybe someone could figure out how to make that transition easier for future renters. The facility is clean, smells good, and I felt Matea and the facility were very professional. Oh, and best of all, the price is FANTASTIC! AND, a free pound of coffee! And cold bottled water was much appreciated! Thank you Matea!!!Self Storage Close to You
