Excellent Management and a Great Experience Heather is a fantastic manager and made the entire storage rental experience feel safe and welcoming. She was incredibly helpful, considerate, and approachable, and her ability to respond to any questions and concerns immediately was refreshing. Everything was managed smoothly and professionally. It was so nice to deal with someone who is organized, responsive, and thoughtful not just with how they run their facility, but how they treat their new and established customers as well. This location is lucky to have her managing it. This isn't your average storage place. We were thrilled to see how well maintained and clean it was. We were pleasantly surprised to discover the units have 10–12 foot ceilings, something we hadn’t seen at other facilities. It’s an underrated feature that made a huge difference for us (we used every inch), and we already miss having that extra space. It's never too busy and others renting there that we met were all really friendly. They even have sales from the units up front on occasion. I would confidently recommend renting here.
